I love Black & White

Somehow, I always love effect that Black and White gives.
I still need to learn how to see black and white, and what type of pictures are suitable for B&W, but right now, I just process it as black and white the way I want =)

Anyway just came back from 2 Weddings. Took tons of pictures!

The early movie directors were very proficient with black and white. Studying classic black and white movies and paying attention to lighting should be helpful.
These directors may have had some trick for visualizing how a colored view would look in black and white. Perhaps dark sun glasses would help. Margie looks at her water color paintings thru a red filter (piece of red plastic) to see the contrast.
The pix of Luke walking beside the car is enhanced by the brightness of the puddles against the brightness of Luke's heel and left side hip.
What you are doing is so fantastic.
